Who we are

What we collect
What you give us in your application (company and contact details, capacity needs, financial ranges), documents you upload to your document room, and basic technical information such as your IP address. For companies we contact first, we collect business information that is publicly available, such as a company's website and a published business email address.
Why
To assess your application, prepare a credit package and proposal, introduce you to a data center partner with your permission, and keep in touch about your request. If you opt in, we also send occasional updates about new GPU capacity.
Who sees it
RRB Partners only. We share your application and documents with a data center partner only after naming that partner to you and getting your permission, and we require them to keep it confidential. We use service providers to run this site and send email (Oracle Cloud in Canada, Google Workspace), bound by confidentiality. We never sell your information.
How we protect it
Documents are encrypted (AES-256) before they're stored, on servers in Canada. Access to the admin area uses one-time sign-in links and is limited to RRB Partners staff, and every document download is logged.
How long we keep it
Applications and documents are kept while your request is active and for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless the law requires longer. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, withdraw consent, or unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any message or by writing to us. You can also complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
